Project Statement

For a lot of people Home is something certain, normal, however, for those who have been in extremely difficult living situations, a place to call HOME is precious and proud. This is what we want to create HOME Santa Fe Villas aimed to meet the needs of low and median household income, specifically to who found themselves priced out of the market to own their shelters. The project targets to change the overal living conditions of the city of Atlanta by deliver a city built on equity so that everyone benefits from changes, a beloved community that is not only an aspiration but a realistic and achievable goals.  Sante Fe would offer 3 range of affordable housing with self-sustainable agriculture garden surounding main living spaces. This is not only to reduce the transport distance for the residents, but also encourage them to be more initia­tive toward their living community. By providing them the opportunities to learn new skills and jobs, Santa Fe Villas not only catering them shelters as a home, but it’s also provid­ing opportunity for educations and ownship empowerment for the inhabitants.   The residents were eligible to buy a house in a long term plan up to 30 years of payment, and the conditions only applied to those who works for Santa Fe community
